Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie

Purple Hibiscus by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie is a coming-of-age novel about Kambili, a 15-year-old girl navigating life under her strict, religious father in postcolonial Nigeria. Beautifully written and sensitively narrated, Adichie’s debut work is a must-read.
